What counts as one enquiry?

One customer conversation or job-enquiry session counts as one enquiry. Ten messages in the same conversation do not count as ten enquiries.

What if I reach my monthly allowance early?

We do not cut Shailie off in the middle of an active conversation. If usage repeatedly exceeds the plan, we'll help the business move to the right plan for the next billing cycle.

Do I need my own website?

No. A FREE JobArranged Mini Website with Shailie is included. If you already have a website, Shailie can be used there instead.

Does Shailie use real availability?

Yes. JobArranged checks the business's connected Google Calendar and workforce capacity before suitable appointment times are offered.

How does JobArranged handle safety and booking changes?

Safety escalation uses deterministic rules. Supported bookings can also be retrieved, rescheduled or cancelled through the booking workflow.
