1. About JobArranged

JobArranged is a software service that helps trade businesses respond to customer enquiries, collect job information, check configured business rules and availability, and arrange suitable appointments.

JobArranged is operated under the JobArranged brand.

2. The service

JobArranged provides software including Shailie, an AI receptionist designed for service businesses. Features may include customer enquiry handling, job information capture, service-area checks, availability checks, appointment booking, booking references, rescheduling, cancellation and engineer-ready job summaries.

Features may change or improve over time. We may add, remove or modify features where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve the service.

3. Business responsibility

JobArranged provides software and is not the trade contractor performing work for the end customer.

The business using JobArranged remains responsible for its own services, engineers, employees, subcontractors, prices, quotations, technical work, licences, insurance, regulatory obligations and customer relationships.

4. Your account and business information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and operating your JobArranged account, including your business details, services, service areas, operating rules and connected calendar information.

You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate security over your account and login credentials.

5. Free trial

JobArranged may provide eligible businesses with a free trial. Unless otherwise stated, the current free trial lasts for up to 48 hours or 10 new customer enquiries, whichever occurs first.

One customer conversation or enquiry session counts as one enquiry. Individual messages within the same conversation do not each count as separate enquiries.

No payment card is required to begin the current free trial.

6. Paid subscriptions

Paid JobArranged plans are generally offered as monthly subscriptions unless a different billing period is clearly stated at checkout.

The price, included enquiry allowance and features for each plan will be displayed before purchase.

Subscription prices may change in the future. Any change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated where required before it takes effect.

7. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal. A cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, access to paid services may continue until the end of the billing period already paid for.

Where JobArranged payments are processed using Paddle, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes and related payment services.

Additional terms presented by Paddle during checkout may also apply to the purchase.

9. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the terms applicable to the payment transaction, and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

10. Bookings and availability

JobArranged is designed to use configured business rules and connected availability when offering suitable appointment times.

Businesses remain responsible for keeping their calendars, workforce capacity, service areas and other operational information accurate and up to date.

A booking arranged through JobArranged does not make JobArranged the provider of the underlying trade service.

11. Safety

Shailie may apply defined safety escalation rules during customer intake. JobArranged is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for emergency services, a qualified engineer or professional technical diagnosis.

Businesses remain responsible for determining how work should be carried out safely and in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

12. Third-party services

Some JobArranged features may depend on third-party services such as calendar providers, payment providers, hosting providers and communication services.

Availability of those features may be affected by the availability or policies of the relevant third-party service.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use JobArranged for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity, attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

14. Intellectual property

JobArranged, Shailie, the JobArranged website, software, branding and related materials remain owned by or licensed to JobArranged except where otherwise stated.

Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service during the period in which your account is authorised to access it.

15. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that JobArranged will be available without interruption at all times. Maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages or other events may occasionally affect availability.

16. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, serious misuse or a material breach of these Terms.

17. Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
